What is the maximum of uploads?
The maximum of uploads is 5 pictures at screening. To change the amount of uploads you have to be Pro-Member or have a positive rating at the screeners
What to do when my picture is rejected?
It's always annoying if your photo is rejected. But if you follow the tips of the screeners, you could get your picture through screening. You can always re-upload your pictures when it has been rejected.
How could I report a problem?
If you want to report a problem, please go to the bottom of the website and click on “Report fault”
Could I use a photo?
You're only allowed to use a photo if the photographer gives permission.
You can contact the photographer, or you can look at the license under the photo.
Could DPF use photos of me?
You have given DPF permission to place your photo on social media. If DPF wants to use your photo for commercial purposes, they will ask for your permission.
Where can I get DPF clothes/stuff?
At the moment, DutchPlaneFinders does not have a webshop. If you would like to have clothes / items from DPF. Contact email@example.com. They will provide you with the right information to order products.
How could I join team DPF?
We always like to have new crew members in the team. Take a look at job.dutchplanefinders.nl for your suitable function. If this is not the case, then send an open application to firstname.lastname@example.org. And tell us what you can!
How could I be a screener?
DutchPlaneFinders select only screeners with an Eye for photography. build up an portfolio, so we can look at your skills. If you have a decent portfolio please send a email to email@example.com
Note: You have to be active for a very long time on DPF and have you have placed more than 250 pictures.
How to become a verified member?
You become a verified member by having much followers, messages, pictures and have a positive screeners rate. besides that, you have to be very active at DPF.
Why are screeners anonymous?
Screeners are anonymous at dpf so people do not contact them for accepting their photo.
Besides that, we do not want people to think that we only accepting photos of friends and family.
And screeners can not see who uploaded the photo.
Could a crew-member see my password or other personal details?
No. We have noting to do with your personal-details or password. So why do have to see them?
Why does DPF ask for my city/province?
This is to let others know where you are coming from. We don’t ask for your full-adres
My account purchases has not been installed?
It is possible that your account purchases not have been installed. This proces will take up to 24 hours. Longer than 24 hours? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for this problem. Please also send your receive with it.
Could I advertise on DPF?
It is possible to advertise on DutchPlaneFinders.nl. For the possibilities, please contact email@example.com. By advertising on DPF, you can help us grow!

We would like to be open and honest to the users. Screeners act according to the guide-lines of screening. These can also seen by users.

How could I upload direct in to the Database?
Uploading without the intervention of the screeners you have to be a full- or verified member.
How could I delete a placed photo in the Database?
Are you sure about this?
To remove your photo, go to your photo you want to delete. And click at the bottom of the page at the trashcan. Please keep in mind: "We can not recover your photo."
Error when I am uploading?
That’s annoying. Please make a screenshot and report the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org
How could I delete a status?
Please click your status open. And click on the trashcan at the bottom of your status.
Could DPF CREW read my chat correspondence?
DPF could only read the chat correspondence when you or the contact person report this email. Otherwise is DPF not allowed and able to read your email.
What to do when my photo is stolen?
Please report this problem at the CSIT. (Copy Support and Investigations Team) Send a email to email@example.com. Explain the problem and send your own pictures with it. Also the CSIT have to need evidence, so send all the information you have.

How can I delete my account?
Please send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org, it will take 2 a 5 days to delete your account. We can not restore it.
Why is DPF not for mobile?
DPF is currently working on a app for users, we really hope that people are going to use that app. There for we have decided to not create a mobile-web version.
